We have used Thrifty for years, but suddenly Chicago isn't coming up as a location on their site. I've tried calling but am not having any luck getting through to anyone either.
Does anyone have any recommendations? There are several hotels in the area that offer parking and free shuttle to/from the airport, but I would prefer going with a recommendation rather than just picking out of a list.
