ISO Lilo & Green Poly Head

I have downloaded a Lilo hula with a green poly mickey head but need to go back and download it again (pixel problems) but for the life of me I can't find it again.

I've tried searching the last couple of hours and my eyes are now fuzzy.

I appreciate any help.
