ISO I95 exit(s) with playgrounds btwn VA and WDW

Driving from Richmond Va to WDW in June alone with my 2 kiddos.
Looking for I95 exits w/playgrounds within 10 minutes or so of the interstate - real ones - not the ones in fast food places.
Ideally one about 4 hours south of Richmond and/or one 8 hours south.

Thanks in advance for any specific advice.
