I think some serious pie studying will be an essential, although I already know I HATE Key-lime!

Indeed, they are from Cornwall, my housemate is Cornish and is addicted to them. They are usually minced beef, but I prefer veggie ones.

We get pies in tin cans (they are shaped like bowls)! And usually Fish and Chips shops sell Pukka Pies - not my favourite
