The state I grew up in is #3 (Montana), the small schools probably help with the rating

Now I'm in #16 (Texas) it's not rated as bad as I thought it might be.

I'm surprised that SC is only 36th. I did notice all those southern states just BELOW us (VA, AK, TN, GA, & AL). NC was the only one above us dumb southern hicks !!
