Is your Free Dining showing on your reservation?

It's been almost 24 hours since I called for Free Dining. I didn't get an email, but I didn't for the last code either. Should I be worried that it is not showing up on my reservation online yet? My payment is there that I had to pay to switch offers, but it shows as a credit (I was all paid up) and says nothing about dining.

If you called yesterday, is yours showing it or am I the only one who's isn't updated?
 
My confirmation from Disney says free dining. I'm not sure if that is what you are asking, as I have not looked anything up on line. I got my email confirmation from Disney within the hour yesterday.
 
I haven't gotten anything, no email and no mention of dining on my reservation in the "My Vacation" on the website.

Just wondering if they are taking a while to update people's reservations online, or if I got missed somehow. I don't want to call in again if I need to just be patient, but if everyone else has it showing up online, I'd better be checking into it! Anyone?
 
A little over an hour after I made the VISA FD reservation I got an email confirmation which had a link to a website that gave all the details. I printed that and it was 4 pages long. It says up in the top "Package(s): It lists the resort, the code, and that it's a Magic Your Way pdg + Free dine

Below that it spells out everything that is in the package....the resort for 9 nights, the 1 day MYW admission, the golf voucher, the two Planet Hollywood things, the sea Raycer Offer, then it also lists Quick Service Meals, Snack, and Table Service meals, all as separate lines, but all saying 1 per night per guest.

Then there are 3 pages of "footnotes", lol.

NOW...mine wasn't converting an existing reservation to the FD....I chose instead to book the FD as a separate reservation and then after that was all done and I was sure it was exactly what I thought it should be, I called and cancelled the original AP discount reservation. So I paid the $200 deposit and later in the day cancelled the other and should be getting that smaller deposit credited to my card. I just checked and neither the charge or the credit have hit my online credit card yet.

With their system down unfortunately you aren't going to be able to call and get any information, but I would call as soon as word gets out that it's up again just to be sure.
 

They were taking a long time in sending the emails but I did receive mine (2) about 8 hours after booking. One with all the items included and the other with my paid amount. We had to pay in full since we will be there next week. If you have your reservation number with WDW you can check online on their website. I would call if I didn't receive it by 24 hours. In the past, I've received my email withing 1/2 hour or less. Maybe there were many reservations yesterday but I really don't see how even that would hold up an email that they could most likely just send upon comptetion of making the reservation. They were quick to charge my CC for the amount but I haven't received my refund yet!! We had a room only with AP discount and changed to the free dining.
 
Wow, my CM from yesterday that I thought was so nice and laid-back was a little TOO laidback! :scared1: He never followed through making the change. He got my credit card charged, though. I called tonight and they had no record of us having free dining.

Fortunately, after the CM putting me on hold for quite a while, he figured out how to fix it. :banana: And I have an email to prove it finally.

What a relief!
