Is wl worth an extra $250?

Just wondering what WL rooms are going to be refurbished like? Any one know?

No way it is worth it to us but we have stayed at POR and WL. It would be worth it for our first visit to WL. We had stayed at moderates before and had a very good discount to WL so gave it a try. I'm glad we did; now I know that I would rather stay at POR than WL even if the cost was the same.

I think you should give it a try. Since you have stayed at POR, then you have a good feel for POFQ. A 3-day visit to WL is a good opportunity for you to try a different resort and also find out if WL is for you.

Just do it. We are DVC members, but WL is one of our favorite resorts. We jump at the chance to stay there if a wait list comes through. There is nothing like hearing the sound of the boats, the sound of the spring in the lobby, the pool with the gyser, the smells...I think you get the drift! Have a magical trip no matter what you choose!!!

We are dvc too. I a. Thinking we will wait and stay at the villas next trip. Maybe they will do a refurbish by then as well! We are only doing akl/Epcot 1 day during our 3 day stay and we really do want to try pofq. Thank you for all the help. I love the boat to dtd and dh misses old man island so one day we may go over to por. We are doing 9 days/8 nights and only 4 park days the whole week.
