I was looking at the terms for the 0% financing of packages with the Disney Visa and it says you have to book through the "Walt Disney Travel Company". I assume this just means you have to call and book directly through CRO, but wanted to make sure because I've never heard it referred to that way before.

All that means is that you have to book a package. It is the same - CRO, WDTC agents, there aren't separate agents. Mostly just separate types of bookings and cancellation/change policies.

You are calling the Disney Reservation Center - DRC. If you get a package through them, it is a WDTC package.
