is US worth it if you're not riding many rides?

I'm a size 18-20 and while I love riding rides I know there are many rides I won't be able to ride on at US. Because of that I've never had any desire to go until they opened The Simpsons part. We have one day to go while we are in Orlando so I was thinking of getting a park to park ticket because I'd like to see the Harry Potter stuff too. I'm just not sure if it's a good idea (2 parks one day) and will I be bored just looking at stuff.

I won't even attempt rides that are questionable for my size so if we go I'll definitely read up on the threads for "pooh" sized people. Any thoughts??

A women's American size 18-20 will have absolutely no problem. At least I didn't and I was in a 20w that should have been in a 22 at least. And I'm 5'3" so my weight was packed into a small space Lol. I was put in the outside seat on FJ but that might have been just circumstances of who I was with. I didn't need special seats on any other ride. My experience indicates that you should not worry about this one little bit.

the only ride that comes to my mind which will be difficult to get in may be DudleyDooRights Ripsaw Falls...I am very tall and at normal weight, but it was a fight for me to get in. Getting out was easy, but getting in is like to cramp yourself in the seat in a shopping cart where you can put small children in...

but: you can try outside, there is a dry boat at the entrance

rides are constructed to allow large people to ride them and feel safe at the same time..for example the Hulk has BigBoy-seats in every train with 2 seatbelts

With Ripsaw there's a trick...you have to sort of slide down. You can't sit and then put your legs out, but instead it's all sort of one slippery slidey motion.

The thrill rides have bigGER seats, but they don't go up all that high. DH is still waiting to get into the thrill rides.

But for an 18-20 I cannot think of any ride where there will be an issue.

Thanks for the replies! I'm going to give it a shot :)
I think you'll have a good time. I don't ride many rides anymore due to a neck injury years ago that flares up on coasters and rougher rides. I enjoy walking around discovering new parts of the park areas and people watching.
