Is Tutto Italia closing in 2008?

I saw a post that said that totto was closing in 2008 and their would be major renovations and another restaurant. Is this true? It hasn't been open that long.

Hmmm gonna keep an eye on this one as we have reservations booked for Sept.

We ate here in May but we only got to sit outside not inside. It was very nice and romantic and the food was excellent.

The waiter was great and kept saying "Prego" the whole time.

Would be sad to see it go

I just booked a Candlelight Processional Dinner for Tutto so I hope it's not closing! They wouldn't list it for this special event if they were planning to close it would they?

When I recently inquired, the CMs said that they had recently renovated, and have no plans to close that they were aware of. Many posts have said the menu has changed from last fall.

According to all the unofficial sites, it will close sometime in 2008 and will reopen with a new name, and menu. Not sure if they will also be changing the look of the place.

If its just the name and menu, it shouldn't take very long, but if they plan to fix up the restaurant, or redecorate, or have any problems to fix, then it can take longer.

So far, there has been no announcement as to when or if they are still going to close for the changes.

I also have a ADR for December 6th and am wondering what will happen if thats when they close. I'm pretty sure they will call you and ask you to choose a different place and they will make the ADR in the event that it closes.
