Is Tusker House Dinner as good as BF?

I was trying to fit in the TH bf but it just dawned on me that maybe it would be easier for dinner. What are the pros and cons to the meals and is the food good at dinner too? Same characters, etc...?

I've only eaten there for breakfast, which was great. There's no characters for lunch & dinner, sorry.
