Is Tortuga Tavern open??

I've been to the parks a few times in the last two years and it's never been open

Does anyone know if it's open right now? Heading to WDW tomorrow

This is what it says on the Disney World page:

Tortuga Tavern
SaturdayApril 18, 2015 Select Date
11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

I checked through April 25th and the time was 11-3 pm for those day too.
