i got back from a trip to universal orlando a few weeks ago and have this to share:

i recognized several staff members on my trip!!!

1. Bonnie- a nice lady with long red hair, often works at the cat in the hat
2. Dottie- a nice looking (dare i say spiffy? well trimmed?) looking lady who i found at e.t. but i can't remember where i saw her on my last trip in april
3. the man who's bald with a strip of hair in the back who works with the chimpanzee in animal actors on location! (don't know his name because it's hard to see him when your not sitting in the very front)

is this scary or what???? anyone else have this happen to you???

You mean you recognized them from previous Universal trips or from other places? I recognize lots of USO employees since I've been there so many times, especially the staff members on MIB.

My last MIB visit the only employee that I recognized was Quentin. I think they have a turn over.
What's worse than recognizing employees is when they recognize you! Jim and Carmen start yelling when they see me at the turnstiles and attempt to embarass me any way they can!

They are absolutely the best! They actually make waiting in line pleasurable.

Jim from MIB and Vern from--just about everywhere at HRH

Very very nice lady, and we remembered her from a few yearly visits... Actually I didn't see her the last time I was there, but I did ask about her... :sad1: oh, too bad she left - she was so sweet....

and everybody remembers Carmen!!!

yep, i recognized them from UO (do people even use that abbreviation???)

i just find it scary cause i live kinda far up north..........

Well, I live in Canada and I recognize the guy from MIB (grey hair - don't know his name). Is he still there?

Too funny........yep, we see the same faces at MIB and The Mummy. And always like to check out what pairing is singing at the Blues Brothers show when we are there. We have our favorite Elwood! :o)

Funniest thing is we were looking back at older pictures from I think 2002.....the Doc Brown was the same guy we just saw a few months ago!! :o)

a couple of years ago me and DD were on the moving sidewalk inside the parking deck going to our car. I noticed a red haired girl in front of us and I told DD, that girl looks like Nicole (my neice) from the back of her head. anyways, the girl turns around, and it was Nicole! she screams Aunt Linda! it was so weird because I live in Alabama, and she lives in Georgia. she was there with her Uncle and cousins whom I had never met. it was freaky.

Another time we were taking a timeshare tour (about 15 yrs ago) and we heard a man yell out my DH's name. it was a friend of DH's (from Alabama) who was taking the same tour on the same day.

every time we go to Universal, we see the same people working. Mercedes from the Boulagerie pastry shop has worked there since the park opened.
also Lucy (whom I named my cat after) still works in the big Universal store in the Studios, and who could ever forget Dick the older man who stamps your hand when you leave the park? he always has the biggest smile on his face and is so sweet. sometimes we get him to stamp our hand even though we have an AP. he is from Mobile you know. :)

and Bill (blonde pony tail guy) from the make up show. he is always there. so is Bryce who does the make up show and played the caretaker/mortician guy on HHN's a couple of years back.
and whats sick is most of these people recognise me and DD too. :smooth:
