Is this room request correct?

We have a 2 bedroom ocean view for June. I can request Ewa tower, inward view high floor OR should I request Ewa Tower ending in 50 (those longer balconies) Was thinking that may be too specific? TIA

I always ask fir ewa tower, 9th floor or above, 50 series.

I usually put both parameters in our requests -- general and specific room #s as you noted. We have had exceptional success doing that. I was also told by a CM once that "highest floor possible" was the way to word wanting to be near the top (whether or not that's true).

I always call the hotel directly, not the Aulani reservation number.
