I booked a Feb. 06 ressie about 2 weeks ago, yesterday I got the lovely purple planning brochure with some personalized info but haven't got an official ressie confirmation yet. Is that how it usually works now? I haven't been in 2 years so wondering if they still send those yellow confirmation sheets. I do have my confirmation number.

I got an official letter a week or so after receiving the purple mailing.

I booked a room for next April and have received the purple book, but no confirmation. But since the web site has my reservation correctly, has the correct deposit noted, I am not too concerned. Since the rates are not out yet, and I may change things anyway, hoping for some kind of discount, I'm just happy that they know I am coming.
