Is this right? Limited menu for Candlelight Processional Packages?

I called the dining reservations line to find out for sure what was included in the CP pkg. (Beverage, appetizer, entree and dessert.) I have reservations at Rose and Crown. However the CM told me the CP pkg at that restaurant included the fruit/cheese tray appetizer, one of two entrees (Banger Mash and Fish n Chips), and some pudding for dessert. IS THIS TRUE????? Because neither of those entrees are what we would choose to eat there, nor is the dessert one I'd want. Are the CP pkgs a limited menu or did the CM give me faulty info? I need to know because if that is the case I need to change my ADR ASAP!!!

I looked at my notes and the CM called it "Sticky Toffee Pudding" which I am sure is good, but still, I wonder if the CP pkgs have limited menus because there were other items we were looking forward to trying.

We chose 9 Dragons for the CP Package. Whatever they "limit" us to will work out fine.

I think last year we chose from a special limited menu at Tutto for our CP package. I really didn't pay that much attention because there was a lot of selections, but I don't think it was the regular menu.

We will be there the first week of CP though, so I don't have time for people to report back. I will call and talk to a different CM and see if there is any other restaurant now that I can get into if it is true there are only 2 entree choices at Rose and Crown.

I just booked CP at Rose and Crown. I asked the CM if there was a limited message. It seemed he put 2 menus up on his screen and was comparing the items. I assume the regular and the CP. He said - nope, all looks the same.

There were some rumors that it was going to be limited menu, but when I booked I asked if it was a limited menu and CM said no, you choose an appetizer, entre, and dessert.

I hope this is not going to be true. Now that they're requiring 2 table service credits for this package. We're booked club leve so the IPO will be making our ADR's next week. We've requested Le Cellier, Tutto Italia or Chef's of France, so all tier 3 places. DH is a beef eater only, this won't work for us if we're limited to chicken or fish entrees.

We don't go til Dec 12th so I'm sure there will be lots of information posted here well before then.

Does anyone know if you can cancel the processional package but still keep the restaurant ADR? Might just skip the package if the menu's aren't to our liking but would still like to eat at the restaurant off the regular menu.

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just called Disney Dining again and the CM I got read off the CP menu and there was a lot more than 2 items. She told me if I was told there were only 2 items, the previous CM was mistakenly looking at a sample restaurant menu, and not the CP menu. So I am keeping my ADR. Whew!

i just got off the phone with reservations. I was told that the menu for CP is the same as the regular menu that everyone orders off of... in other words there is not a limited menu for the CP packages. I didn't believe it so I called back and got the exact same information from someone else. I am hoping that this is correct, but I fear that it is wrong. Anyone have definitive information?
