Is this right? Check-in, tickets, bus, timing...

I'm sure these are newbie questions...but it's coming up SO fast...your help is appreciated!!

We're spending our first night in town off property (free room elsewhere), and then we want to go check in at ASMo at about 7am to get our tickets. I'm not saying we expect to see a room, lol. We just want to get checked in, get our tickets, walk around the hotel and take pictures of the theming...then get in line for a bus. We don't mind leaving our luggage etc. in the rental car until we get back from MK later that day.

a.) That is how we get our tickets, right? By checking in? We booked a package thru the wdw website.

b.) Will they let us do this at 7am, or is it too early?

c.) Will we need to show anything to get into the ASMo parking lot? I've never set foot at one of the Disney resorts, so I don't know...

d.) They'll give us something at check in that lets us ride the bus to MK, right?

e.) Anything else I should know??

I can answer a few of your ?'s.

You can check in as early as 7, they will store the luggage for you if you wish.

YOu willg et a resort ID, although I was never asked to show mine to ride a bus.

To get into the parking lot you jusst tell them you are checking in and once you check in you will get a piece of paper for your windshield.

b.) Will they let us do this at 7am, or is it too early? You can check in, but your room may not be available (although it is possible that it may be) so you can stow your luggage with them and head off to the parks!

c.) Will we need to show anything to get into the ASMo parking lot? I've never set foot at one of the Disney resorts, so I don't know... They have special parking spots just for checking in, and then regular ones.

d.) They'll give us something at check in that lets us ride the bus to MK, right? Your Key to the World card is adequate proof for bus riding privileges, however, they never check. You just hop on pretty much.

e.) Anything else I should know?? You're going to have an awesome time! LoL.

A. When you check in they'll give you your room keys, that has your tickets on it. Even if your room isn't ready, you still get your tickets.
B. I believe you can check in anytime, so that shouldn't be a problem.
C. They will need your name and probably your confirmation #.
D. The bus will pick you up if you're at the bus stop. They won't ask for anything from you.

They did ask for my dh's Driver's license when we entered hotel property, and phoned to check he was a guest. We had told them we were checking in.

After that our parking pass in our window was all we needed.
