is this rare? a picture with mickey and minnie?

I haven't seen any on the boards. Almost 2 years ago we had an early ressie for CRT breakfast and they were standing by walt's statue with the castle behind it and my kids got their pictures with both of them at the same time. Is this rare or not?

I'm no expert, but I don't think I've seen one with both. I'm sure it happens, just not very often. You've got an awesome keepsake!

My friend and her boyfriend got a pic with Minnie and Mickey. They were walking around the side of the castle and Minnie and Mickey happened to walk by together!!! Their "handler" took a pic of the four of them together!!! It's a GREAT picture!! I want one!!

Mickey and Minnie stand out in front of the MK when it is time to leave. We have gotten 4 pictures over the years with my DD and both Mickey and Minnie at the same time. I thought it was common as there were plenty of folks behind us waiting for the same pic.

The two of them were doing a Meet N Greet/photo op with guests at the front of MVMCP too, wearing their Christmas finery.

We had a picture taken with our DS and Safari Mickey and Minnie at AK a few years ago. In one of the pics, Minnie is flirting with son while Mickey signs his autograph book. It is very cute.

DW & I got a pic w/Mickey & Minnie at AK back in 2000. It's sitting on our TV.

I got a couple of photos with Mickey and Minnie. My nephew got one in an unusual location - near the bridge to Splash Mountain. In 2002, we were walking towards Splash Mountain, and Mickey and Minnie walking together down the sidewalk towards us, surrounded by many very important-looking Disney managers all wearing badges! Mickey and Minnie saw my nephew (who is "special" ) and saw I had my camera ready, and allowed only us to do a super fast photo. After the photo, they quickly walked away with the important-looking Disney people, not stopping again. We always referred to the this as meeting "VIP Mickey and Minnie".

In 2003, I also got them together on an E-ticket night in front of the Castle. I think getting Mickey and Minnie together is not a super common occurance and takes a bit of luck! Definately cherish your photo!

That's exactly what happened with me. It was right after the first show of the day on the stage in front of the castle.

In front of the castle, all the other characters were getting mobbed by kids, but Mickey and Minnie were around back all by themselves.

We have found that Mickey and Minnie do some photo sessions near Camp MickeyMinnie in AK and when it's slow, it's fairly easy to get a photo with them, but we haven't gotten them together yet.

I have one with my son. We took it on a rainy E-Night at MK. There was maybe 3 people taking pictures with Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and Chip, who where all there by the Town Hall.

Mickey and Minnie walk towards Mickey's Toontown about 9:30 each morning. They come from somewhere up in Fantasyland and walk down past the teacups. DD had her picture taken with them there.

We have seen them at 'events' at MK together, the beginning and end of the day, on board the ship, Chef Mickey's and a few other spots!

I was told by a cm at Chef Mickey's that Mickey and Minnie don't normally do photos together because it can actually be dangerous! He said that they get mobbed if they are together because so many people want pics....anyone heard that?

Just as MiJo said we experienced both at the AK during a slow period. DW was feeding a bottle to our 5 month old DS while I was visiting Mickey, Minnie etc. I think Minnie noticed first DW and DS. She went over and actually held the bottle and then Mickey came over and helped (with DW assistance) hold DS for Minnie. We have an "official" photo from their handlers (who didn't look pleased) and some from our camera as well.
