We've got a 6:00pm ADR for hollywood and vine on thansgiving night, fantasmic has 2 showings, the later one at 8:30pm, I'm just a bit worried that it'll be sooo busy we should still allow an hour to get our seats in the auditorium, do you think we'll still get seated if we go there at 8:00 ish?

I would imagine that the park will be busy on Thanksgiving, but you may be lucky and still get a seat.

You have a separate entrance Carol and I think you have to be there at least 15 minutes before the start of the show. It takes a good 5 mins to walk up the back way path too so allow time for that

I would definitely get there as soon as you can after you finish at H&V to be on the safe side, but I would have thought 30 mins before you should be OK (though you may not get a brilliant seat as the pre-reserved ones are off to the right)

we had the same timing last month, it is possible to do but i did feel a bit rushed in hollywood and vine !!
maybe check in at the podium a bit early and hope to get seated earlier

Thanks guys, I knew you lot would know! I may try and get the dinner rearranged for say half an hour earlier but I'm not going to stress over it

Earlier this month we did the dinner package with H&V and fantasmic. A couple of points.

Firstly, make sure you get to H&V early. We arrived 5mins prior to our H&V reservation time and stood in a 10min line to get to the booth outside the restausant where they took our names. We then sat outside around 15-20 mins until we got seated.

I'd allow 15 mins to get from H&V throught the 'back' entrance to fantasmic. I'd aim to get there 20-30mins before if possible.
