Is this possible?

We have a 7:00 pm ADR for 1900 Park Fare on Dec 1st. Wishes is at 6:00 that night. Is it possible to watch Wishes from the front of MK and still make it to our ADR? If so, what is the fastest way, Monorail or boat? Thanks everyone.

Definitly boat! No question!

We stay at the GF every year, and that is the way we use to get back after visiting the MK. The boat goes directly to the GF, as opposed to the monorail which stops at Contemporary, trans/ticket center, and the Poly. before getting to the GF.

Yes....that sounds like a great plan. I would leave no later than 6:30, 6:40 ish to catch the boat (which is really fast) and get over to GF!

You also get a pretty decent view of Wishes from the boat dock outside Narcoossee's.

Make sure that you are taking the boat to GF and not the Ferryboat...they are too different things.

you can also walk to the GF if you wanted to... you could kinda do that walking backwards watching the fireworks type walk (if you know what I mean by that) or you could stop and watch every few minutes its not really that long of a walk and its nicely lit with benchs every few feet or so....

It only takes 15 minutes on the monorail to get from the MK to the GF- so you should have plenty of time!! Even if your a little late they will still honor your ADRs- We showed up an hour later for the CP (I did ask 1st if it was okay--- we had to wait 20 minutes but its not a problem as some people are early anyways

You can walk!?!?! Since when!!!!!

The other three times we have stayed at the GF we have not been able to walk to the Magic Kingdom, when did they make this adjustment? Was it there before and I was just not noticing it?

Wow, this has my excited now! I will definitly be walking to the GF from the MK and back this summer (if it is not TOO hot, lol). Thanks for this info.!!
