Hello

Ive read the t&cs of the QSDP and it says you can't use your credits to purchase meals for anyone else. Does this mean I couldn't head to the food court and grab meals for our whole party to eat in our rooms?

Sorry I should have mentioned we are 3 adults and 4 kids in two rooms.

Also how do we tell how many credits we have left?

You don't need to have everyone with you when you get the meals. You just can't purchase more meals in one transaction than what is listed on the KTTW cards. Your KTTW cards will say "2A 2C" or whatever the combination of adults and kids there are in your room.

Let's say you have one room with 2 adults and 2 children, and the second room has 1 adult and 2 children. You can buy meals for all 7 people, but you will have to order once for the 2A 2C room and have those meals deducted from the first card, then order for the 1A 2C room and ring that from the second KTTW card.

As for keeping track, with the QSDP you will only know how many total credits are remaining. You are responsible for keeping track of how many are adult credits and how many are children credits.

What it means is that you cannot use your credits to purchase meals for someone that is not on your reservation. So let's say you are going to WDW and got the dining package. You decide to meet up with a friend who lives nearby for a day and the pair of you decide to grab a quick meal. You can use your dining plan to buy your meal, but you cannot use one of your credits to purchase a meal for your friend.

In your scenario, yes, you can pick up meals for the others who are on the plan with you. As the PP said, you cannot exceed the number specified on your KTTW card.

We took out my BIL and SIL and Niece Sunday night at Kona and used our DDP for them. The server said OK.
