It seems like the minivan of choice for rental cc is the Montana. I need to transport 4 adults, 2 kids, 4 sets of golf clubs, 3 suitcases & numerous carryons. Do you think this is possible? Also my rate for 8 days in Oct. is $330. Is this good? THanks for the info!

Montana may be the picture, but it depends on who you are using. I only can vouch for National as I have seen Grand Caravans, Ventures, Montanas in their aisle.

I think with a Grand, you will be tight, but it might be do-able. Best bet would maybe find a neighbor with a minivan and see if they would let you practice loading your stuff to see if you can make it work.

I own a Venture same as the montana and there isnt alot of room behind the 3rd row of seats, I guess you could put some luggage in the third row with someone . All in all it is going to be crampt.

If you need more room, leave the kids at the airport, take the golf clubs.:hyper: :hyper:   :rotfl: :rotfl:

We have a Montana and when we rented from Alamo last year we also rented one. We were a group of 7, 3 adults and 4 children. It was tight. The rear bench was locked into the furthest rear position. ( I asked about it and they said it was policy to lock the seat in place) There's not alot of room behind rear seat, so we had suitcases on laps and in vacant 8th seat. If it seems unbearable, you can always send 1 adult in a cab with alot of the luggage or clubs....Mark
