Is this plan too ambitious for resort hopping and Christmas party?

We’re staying at POP for our reservation next month! We have a rest day and then MVMCP!

On this day I secured a Topolinos breakfast and was think of leisure doing a skyliner crawl and catching some quick service before heading to the party. Id ideally like to arrive to the party via boat or monorail (I feel like there’s a little more magic this way).

Is there any easy way to do this without so many transfers?

Is the bus the only option getting from the skyliner area to the MK area?

Probably bus, Skyliner/bus, or ride share are your only true options. Perhaps take Skyliner to HS, then catch the bus to Poly, walk to TTC for a boat. Or Skyliner to HS, take a bus to any of the monorail resorts, and take monorail to MK. It doesn't sound like you'd be in a position to enter EP at the International Entrance, walk through EP to the main entrance.

Breakfast then crawl until party time you may get tired. Since pop to rr is on the sky liner I would ride it after breakfast but then return to pop until afternoon. Then take bus from pop to MK which isn’t a grand entrance but if you early like 2-5p take the mono or boats and explore the mono resorts then head to party after. Lots of QS options there.

Other option to leave pop in afternoon and skyliner to HS and bus to mono resort. Then arrive to party from there.

Leaving room for breakfast and getting back at midnight ? Some enjoy that but we always take a room break Midday. Keeps the smile on our faces

What time is your breakfast? Unless it's one of the last seatings, I would probably do as PP suggested and go back to Pop to relax prior to going to the party. Otherwise, from the Skyliner resorts, unless walking through EP is an option, the only way free way to get to the MK area is via bus.

If you really want to arrive via ferry or monorail from the EP resort area, you could take the Skyliner from RIV to International Gateway, tour the EP resorts and then hop on a bus from Swan or Dolphin as those buses drop guests at TTC. You could take the Skyliner to DHS as well and hop on a monorail resort bus, but then you have to ride the Skyliner from RIV back to CBR and transfer to DHS from there - it's a lot of hopping around.
