12:30pm- be in MK
1pm-2:30pm-meet gaston, meet tiana
2:30pm-3:30pm- FP+ jungle cruise
3pm-enchanted tiki room
3:30pm-meet jasmine and Aladdin
3:40pm-4:40pm-FP+ splash mountain
4:30pm- POTC
5:05pm-6:05pm-FP+ space mountain
6pm-TTA, COP
7pm- eat dinner and leave

Seems reasonable to me, assuming your flight is on time. Not sure about the Jasmine/Aladdin meet though - the lines for character meets can be fairly long. And note that you are in for an awfully long day. If you are landing at 810AM then you've been aware for a few hours. We visited Disneyland this past weekend and had every intention to stay late the first day but due to the time change and early rise we were wiped out by 7PM.

sounds good if everything is on time but with flying that is not always the case, I am guessing you are taking the ME and letting Disney take your luggage. if you are picking up luggage then allow more time at the beginning
