To recieve a letter from the Disney Outbound service team requesting they need additional info from you "to make your check in a magical experience" I got one and everything looks official & in order (though I can't find the phone number they left anywhere online) but they want my name and my traveling parties names again (Of which they already have)

Is this normal? I never got a letter before.

I believe several people have recieved these letters....but I don't blame anyone for being suspicious in this day and age of identity theft and fraud!

Honestly I'd probably call CRO and check that everyone's names are on your reservation. If they are not have them added. And I'd ignore the letter. Or I'd confirm with CRO or the resort that this letter is on the up and up before answering it at the very least.

I know there was a time when they always got everyone's name in the party for the reservation information....but in recent years I haven't been asked for names (and DVC never asks for everyone's names).

Thanks Lesley,I was thinking the same thing but I thought I would check the DIS before I did anything.

If anyone else has recieved this letter please feel free to share your experience, because it just seemed a little odd to me.
