Is this MK schedule impossible? Possible but crazy? Or just right?

Hello fellow Disney friends,
I was wondering if, based on your experience, the following schedule would be possible and, if so, would it be absolutely crazy running from ride to ride? Please note that nearly every ride is noted as by fast pass, except for the very early part of the day at rope drop, due to extra FP granted by Disney cast members in guest relations and use of magic bands from member's of our party who are not interested in riding many rides. I also added extra time for the rides being done through parent rider switch or longer attractions such as It's a Small World. I would love any feedback so I can maximize our day.
Thank you in advance!

8:00 BOG breakfast reservation
8:40 Carousel (if running by this time...I have heard conflicting reports; otherwise will cut)
8:55 Peter Pan
9:10 Winnie the Pooh ride
9:25 Under the Sea
9:40 Meet Daisy and Minnie (FP)
10:05 Dumbo (FP)
10:20 7 Dwarves Mine Train (FP - rider switch)
10:45 Break and snack at Gaston’s
11:15 Enchanted Tales with Belle (FP)
11:45 It’s a Small World (FP)
12:15 Lunch – Cosmic Rays
1:15 Peoplemover (FP)
1:50 Thunder Mountain (FP - rider switch)
2:20 Country Bear Jamboree
Wait for parade in Frontierland
3:00 Parade in Frontierland
3:30 Aladdin (FP)
3:45 Enchanted Tiki Room (FP)
4:15 Jungle Cruise (FP)
4:40 Pirates of the Caribbean (FP)
Leave park and return by car to Coronado Springs Resort
Rest and room service at hotel
7:00 Leave Coronado and drive to Polynesian Resort
8:00 Watch Wishes fireworks show from Polynesian Resort beach

TIA!!!

Where's tomorrow land in your plan? You don't need FP's for tiki room or People Mover so I would use them for Buzz and Space Mountain instead. Also definitely don't rope drop the carousel, it'll be a short queue at many times throughout the day, head straight to Peter Pan or Seven dwarves.
You also missed out Splash Mountain?! I'm pretty sure you can't FP Minnie and Daisy so I'd use that FP for Splash instead.

I highly recommend the touring plans app. You can put all of what you want to do in there (including the parade and your BOG) res and it will tell you your wait times for each thing and which ones you should get a FP for.
I used it for our first trip last July and those times were accurate within 1 minute. I was impressed.

But the plan seems pretty good. You're keeping everything confined to each land so you're really not doing that much walking except between big areas.

Also, you don't have any time for shopping, stuff like that.

Even though we are brisk walkers, I put relaxed in the touring plan to leave time for going to the batroom or getting a mickey ear ice cream bar.

That's a very detailed schedule. I don't know the size of your group or time of year you are going, but leave room for the unexpected. There's a lot to see and do in Disney, but a rigid schedule can make it unenjoyable for some.

Make your fast passes for the must do's. Have a basic plan on things you also want to do, but allow yourself time to just enjoy the magic of Disney.

Do you have a meal booked at the Polynesian? They may not let you park there without an ADR

you do not need an ADR to park and walk around the resort and watch fireworks from the beach.

edited to add: if you are going at a very busy time and there is no room to park it is also a quick walk from the TTC to the poly.

I don't think you've left enough time between rides, particularly ones you plan on using rider switch. For instance you have 25 minutes for 7 dwarves including the rider switch. It will probably take that long for one set of people to ride. At least that was our experience this past week. Perhaps things move faster at a slower time of year. Also if you ride Pirates at 4:40 you'll be lucky to be out by 5:00. It will take you at least 30 minutes to exit the park and get back to Coronado. So you won't be back until 5:30, but more likely closer to 6:00. Doesn't leave much time for rest or room service. My last comment is that I would eat lunch somewhere in Fantasyland of Frontierland and ditch the People Mover altogether. That and Cosmic Rays are not worth all that extra walking, imo.

I would swap PP with the Carousel. PP builds up quickly, so I woudl head straight there from BOG.
I do not think you have allowed enough time for ETWB to get to Small World. 30 minutes in line and through teh attraction and then to Small World is not going to work

I also do not see Philharmagic on your list. I woudl find a place ot add that one in.

Thank you! I was referring to carousel if it is running before they open the other rides. I've heard that sometimes happens. Otherwise we would cut it as it is not a high priority.
How much time do you recommend adding in between ETWB and IASM? Another 15 min or you think more than that?
We didn't put Philharmagoc because our 2 year old may get antsy.
I've never been to that or Tiki Room? Which do you think is better for two year olds or could I really skip both for extra time?
TIA

We weren't really planning on doing Tomorrowland because we have our two year old with us and I thought too young for Buzz and neither my husband or I care about Space Mountain. We were going to do lunch meeting up with friends at Cosmic Rays and then Peoplemover to digest before people mover to digest before moving on. Decided to skip solsh this time...

The very first thing I noticed is that you should do Peter Pan right after breakfast and then CoP.

I also agree with whoever mentioned that you aren't really leaving yourself much time back at the resort, even before a few things inevitably take longer than planned and push the schedule down even further.

Your two year old will do fine in the Tiki Room. But if you're going to be in Tomorrowland anyway I'd skip tiki and do Buzz. Even a two year old will be able to have fun on Buzz plus it's a chance for a cute ride photo.

I would add at least 15 minutes. It has a while but that would be good I think

** I would rearrange things here. Your plan is fine for sure. But I would:
a) skip carousel - you can ride later if it strikes your fancy
b) straight to PP if you aren't FP it - or better yet, switch your PeopleMover to PP. if you can't do that, ride it first
c) After PP, I would work around, doing Pooh, (teacups?), Dumbo, Minnie/Daisy, under the sea, Gaston's if you need a break (or grab and go and part of the party can eat/rest during rider swap at mine train), then ETWB and Mine Train. Those last two are probably interchangeable depending on your FP times
d) agree with PP that if the only thing you are going to do in Tomorrowland is eat and PeopleMove, I skip it. Ride Small World then eat in that area (Pinnichios or Columbia Harbour House maybe). You could go watch Country Bears to digest on your way to Big Thunder since you have to walk right by it anyway. **

1:50 Thunder Mountain (FP - rider switch)
2:20 Country Bear Jamboree
Wait for parade in Frontierland
3:00 Parade in Frontierland
3:30 Aladdin (FP)
3:45 Enchanted Tiki Room (FP)
4:15 Jungle Cruise (FP)
4:40 Pirates of the Caribbean (FP)

** This all looks ok I think, plus or minus a few minutes. 30 minutes isn't probably long enough to do Big Thunder with 2 groups on swap and make it back to Country Bears. It took us nearly 30 minutes for one group to go with FP at Big Thunder on one trip. The up side is that the swap pass doesn't HAVE to be used immediately or those members of your party could do that instead of Bears (unless you took my earlier advice and swapped Bears and Big Thunder). **

Leave park and return by car to Coronado Springs Resort
Rest and room service at hotel
7:00 Leave Coronado and drive to Polynesian Resort
8:00 Watch Wishes fireworks show from Polynesian Resort beach

** I don't think you have enough time here. As a PP said, you will be doing well to be walking out of the park by 5:20'ish. Monorail/tram to car and drive back to CS, figure at least 30 minutes. You won't be hitting your room until 6'ish. Won't be much of a break really. If you need a break, I would do it earlier (like right after the parade) and then either come back to the park to hit Adventureland and monorail to Poly if you really want to watch fireworks there. Or watch fireworks from park, or just skip Adventureland. If you don't think you MUST have a break, I would monorail right over to the Poly. You could eat at their QS or even look for an ADR at Kona if you want TS. You could stroll the grounds, relax at the beach, etc then watch fireworks. Then just walk (or monorail) to TTC to catch tram back to your parked car. **

TIA!!!

See my comment in ** in quote.
No matter what you decide, have a great time!

Agree, add 15 minutes for Belle. Also, Peoplemover doesn't even have a fastpass (but even a "long" line there is short.). I wouldn't skip it, though... it's one of my favorite things in all of Disney. Maybe we're weird lol

I think the touring path is good, you've consolidated the areas, however, I would throw all times out the window. I think you are just going to cause yourself undo stress and be more worried about times than actually enjoying the rides and attractions. If one of you happens to have to go to the bathroom, your times will be completely thrown out the door and I'm assuming you will need to go to the bathroom at some point. Stick to the list, but throw the times out.

Your 2 year old will not get antsy in philharmagic. It is one of my kids favorites and I would not skip.

You have a lot of stuff listed as FP where it's not available. (Daisy, peoplemover, Aladdin, tiki.) 0h wait, meet Aladdin or carpets? Carpet has FP, but the meet doesn't.

I don't think daisy and Minnie open until 10.

I'd fast pass belle as part of your three. You won't get it as a 4th... especially not for right away.

It seems tight to tap for Jungle and to get a FP for pirates that quick... but it's possible.

Nvm just saw you get a bunch of extra fast passes. So maybe that's gonna work.
