Is this Memory Maker split kosher?

So my brother and I are both taking our families to Disney, him from 4/16 to 4/23 and me from 4/25 from 5/2. Is it an issue if we link our accounts and order one Memory Maker? I'm not talking about the old Photopass share with strangers. This seems legit to me since we are family but I don't want a bunch of lawyers in mouse suits clubbing me over the head. Has anyone used the new MemoryMaker system this way?

Thanks.

Our last trip in January we went with my sister, brother in law, and sister in law and we split the cost of it. We were all linked up and were able to see each others pictures. When it came down to editing though it could only be don eon my account because I was the entitlement holder

Can it be linked to everyone's band for pictures ?

From what I understand, as long as you have them linked to you as "Friends and Family" on MDE they can use their Magic Bands at the PhotoPass location and then you can see their photos. But only the person who purchased the Memory Maker can download the photos.

I did this with my husband. I was down in Disney for princess race and had bought MM, he and buddy went to WDW 2 days after I got home so he just took my MM card and used it. I can see all our pictures from both trips.
Only things to be aware of:
1. 1 person is head order/keeper of account
2. The pictures expire 45 days from date taken
