A black bustier "kissed" with sequins and/or beads would have been a far better choice than the nude undergarment she chose!

Yeah I know -I think the sheer top was awkward she was going to be showing her underwear regardless -just a matter of what color.

The mermaid dress -I think it makes the skinniest of women look like they have a big behind-but maybe that is just me

I agree! I don't really mind the dress but I couldn't get over the fact that it looks like she is wearing a see through top!

I wonder if that is the type of fabric that becomes transparent under a flash?

My poor MIL wore a black shirt last month.... looked fine to the eye..but when we took a picture , you could see thru the fabric and see her bra!

You would think that the hollywood folks would know to check for that!!!

Even if the top was not see thru...it still is not a flattering style for her...
I saw some footage earlier and she looked very uncomfortable... like she did not want to be there.....

If we're talking GG fashion, my favorite dresses were (1) Rumer Willis and (2) Drew Barrymore (but didn't like her hair).

A lot of women were doing the mermaid look last night. I know it is a trend right now (lots of wedding dresses with that cut right now) but it is very difficult to pull off.

Yeah, for being so rich, it looked kind of trashy.
I love the bottom of the gown, and would have even loved the top had the sheer been a little more not so sheer. Or had she chosen some sort of glitsy bra for top.
