Is this doable- FOP?

after trying for a week I just landed fast passes for FOP!!!
The issue is they are for 9:30-10:30am
Our current plan is the night before to stay at MCO Hyatt and take Magic Express to Poly first thing in the morning then on to AK
I’m thinking best case we get to the bus about 7:30 (2 kids). Poly by 8:30, throw our bags in bell service and get on a bus to AK by 9ish and some how feed everyone breakfast....
Am I too optimistic?

I bet you can get to the park about two hours after you get to the bus. Might be tight but I bet you’ll make the back half of your FP+ window. And there’s a 15 minute grace period after it closes.

I don't see an issue making it, focus on when the window closes not the opening time plus the grade period. Stand by line gets up to 300 minutes and people are more than willing to wait in it so if that's what you can get for fp then take it and make it!

Bring quick breakfast items, granola bars, cereal bars, Pop tarts, Go-Go Squeez, etc., to eat on the go. You could always grab an additional light breakfast or snack after FOP in Animal
Kingdom.

You'll make it, worst case uber from the Poly to AK instead of waiting for the bus.
