My eldest is going away with school trip August bank holiday, leaving me n my 2 year old monster to fend for ourselves :rotfl2:

Was thinking if I could squeeze a day trip or 1'night stay at DLP (I really need a Disney fix) :thumbsup2

Is there anyway I could book Eurostar for one way only?

And is it possible to stay for 1 night or does it require a minimum stay?

Was hoping that I could fly out and Eurostar and regional train it back (due to time restriction on DD returning from her trip)

Any advice gratefully accepted :thumbsup2

Totally doable :goodvibes

I often go one way on Eurostar into London and then fly back to Paris from up North

Eurostar tickets are priced as single one way fares on the Eurostar site

Hotels have no minimum night stay - Depending on when you are going it could be cheaper to book a night via a site like Expedia and buy your ticket separately with one of the offers rather than buying a package (hotel and ticket) from Disney

It's no problem - we did Eurostar on the way out last year (as we were already in London) and flew home. The only thing I would say is you would be better flying with one of the budget airlines as when I was pricing our trip up Air France one way was a truly prohibitive price whereas Flybe were very reasonable.
