Is this discount broken on MDE for anyone else?

I'm currently eligible for this discount (I was browsing rates a few days ago).

As of two days ago, when I go to browse rooms for this discount, MDE refuses to show me the discount. I tried three web browsers, two computers, an iPad, and my phone. It's almost as if my account is bugged and doesn't want to show me discounts anymore. I called IT support, and they didn't provide much of anything. They said it could be specific to my account, or the entire website is experiencing an issue.

Can someone please tell me if it's broken for you as well? The dates I'm looking for are December 9th - December 12th (though, it seems to be broken for ALL dates within the offer window). Thanks.

Yes, I was having this issue, it kept redirecting me to purchase an Annual Pass. I just changed my browser to Chrome after receiving that glitch on Safari and now I’m able to browse rates with the AP discount.
 

Yes! Same issues! I have tried multiple browsers, incognito, deleted cookies and cache and still can not view! I'm very annoyed!
 
Same issue here! I thought it was because my old pass expired on 9/17 and it's still showing in my account even though my renewal shows up as well.

I can only search on my iPad. Desktop does not work no matter how I try.
 
I haven't been able to view AP rates at all for a few days now (tried the usual tricks - different browser, cleared cookies, incognito mode). I called the WDW website support number and the agent confirmed it was a known problem being worked on and transferred me over to a phone agent to check availability. Not ideal, but thought I'd update here so everyone is aware. All we can do is check every now and then to see if it's fixed, or call.

I found that if I first go to the special offers link on the places to stay tab, then search for availability there, it will ask me to log in then the AP discounts for my dates will show up. If I log in to the website first, it won't work.

Erasing cookies also works, but is very tedious and annoying.

I also was able to find the AP discounts using my smartphone.

it's working now. It hadn't the past couple of days though. Something was definitely broken.
 
Not working for me today, when I actually do want to book something
No matter what method or route I take
What browser, how many cookies I clear, etc
So sick and tired of Disney and their website issues
Suppose I'll just book a Universal hotel since I CAN book there, hassle free.
 
It's been doing this on and off for weeks, I've been checking to see if any other resorts have opened up for my dates, and sometimes it just brings me to the AP page instead.
 
I've been having problems with this all week too! Very frustrating. I have to keep calling and having them check my dates on the phone.
