Is this correct - Halloween Party?

Let me see if I have this correct: There is a Halloween Party at California Adventure on 10-27, 28, 29 and 30. There was a special ticket sale to AP holders? And now the Halloween Party (all nights) are all sold out? I tried to call Disneyland to ask about this and I was on hold forever. I just found out that we are going to DL on 10-28, 29, 30 and I would like to take my kids to the Halloween Party. Any info would be appreciated! TIA

They are all sold out on the website but the way I understood it some might be available the day of the event at the door, but I'm not positive. And I haven't seen any on e-bay lately. I bought ours 2 days after they went up for general sale on the disney website and when I check back 2 days later they were sold out.

I saw some on ebay yesterday but they were selling for around $70+ per ticket.

We are going on the first night (Oct 21st) and I can try and post an update when we get back on the 23rd, although I'm sure someone else that lives in CA.

JMO but I don't see them selling tickets for this at the gate. The only reason I say this is that can you imagine all of the families that might show up all dressed up and ready to go and they have to turn them away?

The way I understood it, Disney planed the event, had a pre-sale for AP holders, by the time it was opened up to everyone there was nothing available. They then added two days and those sold out as soon as they added them.

As far as I understand, sold out is sold out. There will be nothing avaiable at the gate. If the event hadn't sold out then there would have been some available at the gate, at an elevated price of course.
