When I first asked
DCL about the charger I sent them the link to the
Amazon page above. Their first reply was a generic non-answer reply. I replied and pushed a little bit and requested they contact whoever they needed to contact to determine if the charger would be approved. I received a reply and was told the charger was an approved device. Then I made my purchase. Looking at the above links, it is the same charger - one page at Anker, one page at Amazon.
If you are going to purchase the 6 port charger, you may want to pick up one of their wireless chargers too. This is the one I bought -
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DBXZZN3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It is not really a 'charger' like the 6 port or a wall wart charger. It plugs into one of the 6 ports and can sit on top of the 6 port charger rather nicely. I won't take it when we travel, but for home use, it is great. My wife sets her phone on it at night. No more fussing with the cable. You are probably going to use the 6 port charger after you get home from the cruise. This is a nice addition.
