Is this against the rules or considered bad ettiquette? (Sci-Fi Dine in question)

Honestly, I'm always jealous of people who write that they have little bird appetites and is it okay just to order appetizers, somewhat similar to your case. My selfish concern is that Disney will make more and more restaurants prix fixe (such as Be Our Guest and others) to prevent people from ordering mini meals.

Talking about going somewhere just for desert brought back some great memories from high school. I went to HS in a huge football town, so Friday nights were all about football games. My friends and I would go to the football games on Friday nights and then to Denny's after for Hot Fudge Cake.
When I was on a shadow cast for the Rocky Horror Picture Show, we'd always hit Steak n Shake afterward. Push a bunch of tables together and sit for hours. Some people would order a full breakfast, others just a drink or dessert or shake. The staff loved us though. It was otherwise dead at 3am other than a handful of drunks, and they said they liked having people to talk to.
