Is This a Sign Of Things To Come?

So are they ending Pre-park opening breakfast at CP, BOG, and CRT or will the folks taking part in this morning bull honky be sharing their "exclusive" ride time with the restaurant breakfast folks?
The early PPO people won't have the fancy sticker that will allow them to ride.

CMs will escort all entrants from the Main Gate to FL starting at 7:45 - so realistically you're not going to being getting on the rides until close to 8 am. Breakfast begins at 8:30 and the park opens at 9. If you want to go do other rides when they all open at 9, you've really only got 1 hour for your $69. How many times can you ride these 3 rides in that 1 hour, with however many other people they can sell tickets to? If you also wanted to scarf down some breakfast in that 8:30 - 9 time slot, how many times can you ride those 3 rides before 8:30? One ride each, plus the breakfast? Because if as few as 1,000 people all go to Peter Pan at once with that early morning crowd it's going to be a bit of a wait. $69 to ride 3 rides 1 time each plus a Pinocchio breakfast? What's that, $15 per ride plus $24 for the QS breakfast?

Um, no.

BOG Cupcake Crew. HAHAHA. But seriously you are so right.

It's one of those loopholes that Disney created so I can't be annoyed at people doing it, they're just making the most of an opportunity. But I'm sure Disney will shut that down at some point.

I mean, this isn't going to be every morning, so it won't affect every person with a PPO ADR. But if it does occur on a morning where you have an ADR at 8am specifically to ride SDMT early, I can see why that might be frustrating, especially if this starts in the next month or two.

Considering how desperate for pennies they are, I'm surprised they havent closed that loophole yet. It wouldnt even be hard: just make it so the cupcake can only be bought if you buy some other food before it.

Have no plans to ever do this, but for clarification it does say the breakfast goes until 10 AM so you could essentially ride from 7:45 until 9:45 and then eat breakfast.

Who saw Pinnochio coming in to play? Geez FIX BOG!!!!!

How will this work with PPO ADRs???

How are they going to deal with PPO ADRs wanting rides? This could start "ride rage"...

Won't this in essence stop all PPO 7DMT rides since it will be owned by these Morning Magic people!?!
Have you been sitting on these questions for a while now and are finally able to release them??? LOL

I'm kind of surprised they added Pinocchio's into it. Why not just do this with BOG?
Because they'll change BOG to the fixed price breakfast that someone suggested in one of the other posts - it will be like CRT. Prepay for the entire breakfast, everyone has to order.

I really hope this doesn't happen on every day that there aren't morning EMH. Meaning, I have a PPO BOG ADR for June 14th. Please don't let this be one of those "select days". And now that I said it, it will.

Will people buy that though? If the 7DMT is restricted now unless you buy the other package? Maybe they will stick Beast in there

If everyone has those plans, there could be some lines to get that breakfast!

This will only effect the PO ADR people negatively because they will likely not be allowed to get in any pre-opening rides on the three rides available in this package. I suspect the PO ADRs will still be available, so those people will still be able to get their "emptier park" photos, and they will likely still be able to rush out of their meals and get in line for rides, they just won't be able to get on early. This was never something that was guaranteed anyway...just search back for old threads here with thousands of responses along the lines of "pre-opening 7DMT ride not guaranteed."

I think they are offering the breakfast at Pinocchio's because they are adding experiences and plan to,leave all the reservations at BOG available as they are now. Why would they decrease the amount of people spending money to be in the park before it opens by filling up those spots that are typically already full?

Again, we have a situation that doesn't need to effect the park attendee at all. If you don't want to have the experience, don't buy it! It is as simple as that. They aren't "nickel and diming" by offering more paid experiences, they are just offering more paid options. It isn't necessary to participate at all. As I said in the other thread about DAH, it is just another option that you DON'T have to pay for. My family doesn't pay for the Keys to the Kingdom tour, a VIP tour, a fireworks cruise, dessert parties, Club Villan, or hard-ticket parties; yours doesn't need to either. Nickel and diming would be adding costs to your experience that you already pay for, the $15 resort fee being an example.

Again, the same people that are pi$$€d that "there is nothing new" and "when is Disney going to offer more" are now mad that there are more offerings and new options. Would you be mad and complaining if you could suddenly have a backstage tour with Figment in Future World for $250? Or get a tour with Rafiki walking through the Savannah for $189? No? Then why in world do you care about this? Either you'd like the option and you'll pay for it, or it isn't your cup of tea and you won't. End of story.
