Is this a good rate for GF?

I am not at all familiar with prices or discounts at the GF, since I have never stayed there, but I got a price of $265 per night for a lagoon view for 4 nights starting December 24th. Is this a decent price for Christmas time? Thanks!

I used the Canadian "at par" code, but i just checked the web site and using the special there, I could have gotten it about $4.oo / nite cheaper! But I don't like the cancelation policy on line!
