Is this a good plan for AK????

So all the other parks we have down to a science, but for some reason we just can't get it right at AK.
We will be there at rope drop, and the crowd calender predicts a 4 for this day.

when we get in head to Everest and grab a FP then head to the Safari stand by.
After the safari ride Kali river rapid stand by.
Hopefully be able to ride everest at this time.
Head down to dinoland so daughter can ride primeval whirl and my boys can play in the play area.
Head out of there and hit Lion King.
Leave for a late lunch.

My daughter also wants to get her hair wrapped while here. Is there anywhere else in WDW she can get this done thats more convenient?

Is there something you would tweek???

when we get in head to Everest and grab a FP then head to the Safari stand by. 1st place I would go is the Safari, animals seem more active 1st thing in am or later in day if its cool weather...so forget that for months to come then I would go to EE..shouldn't be a bad line early
After the safari ride Kali river rapid stand by. Kali River Rapids I would do last before leaving the park because you will probably get soaked (even with ponchos) & then you will be uncomfortable...if you do this last the rest seems right

I'll guess from the number of your posts that this is not your first trip... but there's a lot more I'd do at Animal Kingdom that is not on your plan.

If you're walking all the way to Everest and will grab a FP, why not ride it too and use the FP later? The line will probably not be long.

Kali River Rapids is such a short ride.... we enjoyed racking up a few sets of fast passes in the morning... then riding it 3 times in a row. Then we changed clothes and went to lunch.

You eating at Animal Kingdom? Why not? Then if you want more time at Animal Kingdom, you got it... If you're done, then leave.. We really enjoyed Donald's Safari Breakfast and got in the park early for our 8:05am reservation. We also like lunch at Yak and Yeti... why not have lunch there? Tusker House's lunch/dinner buffet is pretty good too.

We want to get on the safari as early as possible, so we figured just grabbing the fastpass would be better then riding it.

We only want to ride Kali once. It's over kill after that, for us.

I don't want more time at AK, so we will do these things and then leave for an late lunch somewhere else. Probably MK.

The reason we only put those things in the plan....is because those are the only things we want to do. But thanks for the input.

well there is Nemo u can watch. If ur kids like puppets then this isnt bad. Tough To Be A Bug actually might be a lil frightning for some kids i know it kinda freaked me out when i went and Im 20. but then again i didnt know what to expect. if ur wantin pics with characters then u should go to Camp Minnie Mickey. if u want lunch there Tuster House isnt bad we go there and enjoy it.

We didn't didn't add those other things because they don't interest us. We know they're there though.

they arent going to say it in the discription BUT i know exactly where it is at over at POR. Once u check in when going to ur room, u will go outside on the dock and it is going to be over by the boat ramp.
