170 pts, June UY, Beach Club Villas @$88 per point. 107 pts left in 2007 & 170in June. Opinions?

I am selling my BCV points for $96 a point. And I got it. Looks like a good deal to me.

In a word.....yes. It's not stripped and it's in the target area for BCV contracts of that size (smaller ones tend to sell for a higher price).
Good Luck...we love our BCV contract
