a collector out there for the original WDW tix, which were individual tix for each ride? I went to WDW on opening day in 1971, and had the book of tix. I had some leftover, but don't know where they are, today. Are there collectors out there that buy these tix as Disney memorabilia? Did I throw away a possible fortune? I don't recall buying an admission ticket, but bought the booklet of ride tix. My memory is s/w foggy.

Heres a basic description of the attraction tickets: (and its why many Disney fans still call headliner rides "E-Ticket rides"

If you are like most people, you probably used up all of your E Tickets (and thus, you used up most of the collectible value)

I've heard that really old Disney tickets are worth more than park admission, but very few common paper collectibles a are truly worth a fortune in today's market.(see baseball cards. You can always go online and buy a Babe Ruth card, so you no longer have to pay an inflated price for a once-in-a lifetime opportunity at a swap meet)

Go to eBay and search for vintage walt disney world tickets.

You'll see that the opening bid or "buy it now" price for partially used WDW tickets books is often just a few dollars -- and, even then, buyers usually aren't interested. There are some sellers with much higher pricing, but that only means they're asking too much, not that it's worth that much.

Yes, go to ebay. I would suggest that you click on the "completed listings" option. That will let you see what the tickets are actually selling for.
