Is there still FOL Pass for the Premier Hotels?

Starting to plan our Nov trip before Disney, and we have always stayed at Portifino the night before we got to Uni--to get that FOL pass. Didn't even think until now if they even still have that available with Covid?? I'm not paying $350/night unless we can get that pass, so before I schedule our hotel, figured i would ask first!
