Is there still a tea party with the princesses, and if so where is it held and is it an afternoon thing or morning, my DD10 and DD12 have decided no character dinner, but would like the Tea, is there an age limit? Thanks, Dena

When we were there last month they still had the tea at the Grand Floridian. It starts at 10:30 a.m. My daughters and I did this on our trip in December 2005 and thought it was just wonderful (they are a bit younger though - 4 and 6 at the time). The only princess was Aurora - Sleeping Beauty. The party was primarily hosted by an entertainer named "Rose Petal". Princess Aurora comes in about 3/4 of the way throgh the party to sing, dance take photos and sign autographs. They did serve tea (apple juice in tea cups for the girls) and small sandwiches and fruit.

The girls also get a My Disney Girl Princess Aurora Doll, a bracelet and a tiara. It is very cute and though there were some pre-teen girls there most were from the 3-10 set.

This is the information for Deb's Allears site:

my daughter is doing an Alice in Wonderland tea party at the GF in May.:flower3:

We did the MDGPPTP in 2006, it was a wonderful experience, but to do over & get the same dolls again seems like overkill, plus their dolls are hard as a rock! So this year we are going to try the Alice tea party! Would love to hear feedback on that as well!

Found this on the Dis:

Also, this on the Wonderland Tea:

Wonderland Tea Party

While not a princess experience, another fantasy meal to consider is the Wonderland Tea Party that takes place at 1900 Park Fare in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Alice in Wonderland, accompanied by the Mad Hatter, hosts a luncheon in a delightful tea party setting. The children create and eat their own cupcakes. Please note: parents/guardians do not participate in this event. The price is $28.17 per child (potty friendly please). This is offered Monday through Friday at 1:30pm - 2:30

(Please note the characters are subject to change without notice.)

Hope that helps... along with the pictures from the previous poster.

I think that once is enough for the girls or for that matter my daughter. Also these things are a pretty penny.

Last year we went to the Bibbiddi ****iddi Boutique almost $300

This year we will go to the My Tea Party thingy at the Grand Floridian @225 a pop but just once.

I dont really need to pay that much for apple juice more than once.
