IS THERE SPECTRO AND MK FIREWORKS IN OCTOBER?

Does anyone know what days they are on?

Yes there are, but they are limited.
Spectro and fireworks are sually only on Saturday nights during October.
During Mickeys Halloween Party, wich occurs on a few nights during October, there is a Halloween parade with fireworks.
