Is there space for an extra bed at ASMo?

I have looked through old posts but can't seem to get a consensus on this...

I am planning to stay at the ASMo in December. There will be 3 adults (no couples) so we really need either a rollaway bed or air mattress. We definitely want to stay on-site and 2 rooms will cost too much.

Some people have said a rollaway is not available and will not fit in the room. Others have said they have been able to get one. Does anyone know for sure? And if one was available, where exactly in the room would it fit?

As for the air mattress, which sounds like it may be the more plausible option, where in the room would this fit? And will a double size bed fit, or does it have to be a twin?

Thanks for your help!
Adam

Rollaway not available.
Air mattress will fit.
You may have to move the table and chairs, or you may not.
Best to go with a twin. There's not as much floor space as you think.

we used an air mattres,,it worked great,,just move things around,,some people say you cannt do that but its your room so do what ever works,,we had 5 in our room for 2 days till the others room was ready ,,that was crowded,,but it worked,,

We just booked a rollaway for ASMusic, $15 per night.

Unfortunately, the answer is "maybe" and that's why you really can't find a clear cut response. The thing with the rollaways, is they can't be guaranteed. It appears that they have a very limited number of them available on site. Actually, the only resort that I've ever seen where you can reserve one ahead of time is the CBR for $15 per night. All the others seem to say the same thing, which translates to, ask at check-in.

This is correct, at least up until a few days ago! The CM asked us if we wanted a roll away the first night and we said no but maybe the boys would change their mind and she said it might not be available later in the week as it is sort of first come first served...we didn't get one, but if we did I would probably have moved the one bed up against the wall and put the roll away between the two beds

Thanks for the first hand report. I figured it was still a "maybe".

Don't forget about the extra adult fee for your stay.

I am not sure about the rooms at All-Star Movies, but the beds in the refurbished rooms at All-Star Sports are no longer moveable. They are set on a "platform" with no access to the area under them to store luggage,etc.either.:)
