This site is very good for what you're looking for. They have high-quality maps and they're printable also! The Universal Maps are from Dec 2005, so maybe some rides changed a bit.

I ordered a set on ebay for I think a total of $3 with shipping. It's a lot of fun to look at the actual maps!
