Is there something weird going on with TGM?

GRRRR - SO FRUSTRATED.

I have contacted TGM three times over the course of 3 weeks about a problem with my subscription (they locked me out by mistake) and I have gotten NO reply. Anyone know if something going on over there?

I purchased TGM for 2 trips and they canceled my access after the first trip. My second trip is coming up next week and I really, really need my access back. I am so disappointed. Previously I had had great experiences with them. It is completely unacceptable not to get back to someone promptly, and I really need my LCPs for my upcoming 11/27-12/4 trip.

As far as I know you can only purchase TGM for one trip at a time unless you have 2 different ids. Your membership expires 60 days after your trip.

There isn't anything odd going on that I know of. I've never had any problems getting a response when I need to renew.

Have you checked your spam folder?

It's actually a pretty good deal -- If you purchase TGM within a year of your previous purchase you get a small discount for 1 trip and a larger discount for 2 trips. I paid $9.95 for my 2 trips. It's not in my spam folder, but thanks for the sympathy :) I sent them my transaction details and everything, and I'm just really annoyed that I can't get my LCP info. I can figure it out myself but the point was to have him do it for me because I don't have the time. :scared1:
 
Yeah-I have done the discounted renewals but you have to start one after the other ends I thought. Maybe that is what the problem is. Maybe?

Although that is not a reason for you not to get a response.

I sent them and email question a week ago, and only got an automated reply.

I stopped using TGM ages ago, but to be blunt, it's almost always had these same issues. Site support is weak at best.
 
Thanks everyone, I appreciate it. Allison, I sent you a PM with my user name, transaction #, and the original email I sent them requesting the discount for the 2 trips and the dates.

Ugh - off to try and create some best-guess LCPs on my own for 11/27-12/4.
