GRRRR - SO FRUSTRATED.
I have contacted TGM three times over the course of 3 weeks about a problem with my subscription (they locked me out by mistake) and I have gotten NO reply. Anyone know if something going on over there?
I purchased TGM for 2 trips and they canceled my access after the first trip. My second trip is coming up next week and I really, really need my access back. I am so disappointed. Previously I had had great experiences with them. It is completely unacceptable not to get back to someone promptly, and I really need my LCPs for my upcoming 11/27-12/4 trip.

I sent them my transaction details and everything, and I'm just really annoyed that I can't get my LCP info. I can figure it out myself but the point was to have him do it for me because I don't have the time.
