I wouldn't count on FD. I hate to say this, but it may be a Couple months b4 another promotion is posted, past 8/14.you could get a PIN though. Have you called Disney to see if you DO have a pin? Stranger things have happened.

No, I haven't called yet but I will. I used to get PIN codes every 3 months or so, now I never get them.

You know, EVERY year everyone says there will be no free dining and every year there is. So I am not going to count it out for now....

Any rumors about when or if a discount WILL be coming for August 15th-on??? Not so patiently waiting here.....really would like to go ahead with airfare purchase!!!! Come on free dining or SOMETHING, anything! Since they have offered a rare summer deal, I am assuming a fall deal is a no brainer... I am planning 8/22-29.

We have our fingers crossed .... Port Orleans, Riverside August 24 thru Sept 2 for free dining.

I broke down and booked today. August 24 - 31 at Port Orleans Riverside. I'm excited to move up to a mod, we have been value resort people, but with a recent addition to our family (went from 4 to 5 + my mom who is tagging along) we needed to move up. We walked around POR on our last trip, and fell in love!

Continuing to keep fingers crossed for free dining or an equivalent discount!

Originally we had planned to go QSDP only but thought about having some pre-RD ADRs and I was able to book all of them without any issue despite being 130+ days out. The only one I couldn't get was a dinner at BOG but that's to be expected.

If pre-RD ADRs for Crystal Palace, Akerhus, H&V, etc are still available this late in the game then I would be surprised if some kind of promotion didn't get thrown in to fill them up.

I suspect we'll hear about the VISA promotion this week.

It was the same with our reservations. We were able to get our ADR for 13 people without any problems. Our date begins 8/24-9/2... We are keeping fingers crossed for free dining!

We were there in November the week of Thanksgiving and the BB was starting 8/18.
