Is there ever a time to go to Mickey's not so scary Halloween when It's not so crowded?

We were at the party on Friday October 4th. It was busy but manageable. We only waited 20 minutes for SDMR. Most everything else was either walk on a 5 minute wait. The only exceptions were the rides with the Halloween overlays....Pirates, Space and Haunted Mansion. The first week of October has always seemed to work out well for us!

We went last Thursday (10/24) which I heard was a sold out party. We didn't do any of the M&G's since we have little kids who either weren't interested or don't like meeting characters lol. The ride lines were great for the most part. Ride wise we got a ton done and were able to do somethings that we normally bypass during the day due to long lines. I think one of the only rides with a long line was 7DMT, everything else was 20 mins or less pretty much.
