Is there Dole whip currently at Epcot?

I am heading to Epcot today and was wondering if there is Dole whip available anywhere during the arts festival?

Thanks! Found it at the Polynesian resort with and without rum and Disney springs with and without rum. I think the price with rum is slightly better at Disney Springs.

They will have it at the flower/garden festival at Epcot.
