Is there anywhere in the World that has light/lower calorie ice cream?

While I will have an occasional treat, I can't do that everyday for 2 weeks, so I'm looking for some healthier options.

Does anyone know if any restaurants/kiosks, etc. serve a light ice cream, or lower cal ice cream option. I've heard some places serve sugar free, but is there any way to know if that's also lower cal?

Thanks! :goodvibes

I'm not sure about actual lo-cal ice-cream. I know that the ice cream shop at MK has sugar free b/c my mom always gets that. Many of the carts have the itsakadoozie (sp?) popsicle which is really nice and not too heavy on the calories. Really refreshing too but it is a popsicle and not actual ice-cream.

Be careful with "fat-free" ice cream -- it typically makes up for the lack of fat with extra sugar.
