Is there anywhere in DL for a toddler to get wet? I know CA has some places, but does Disneyland? At WDW they have Donald's boat in Toontown where kids can get wet. Is that basically what SS Rustworthy is at CA?

No there isn't anywhere in DL. DCA has actually 4 places. The SS Rustworthy, Dot's Puddlepark, the irrigation station or whatever it is called near a bug's land, and there is a big mister thingy at Soarin Over CA. :)

I do wish they had somewhere for little ones to get wet at DL. Toontown would be perfect for something like that.

And a little creek in the Redwood Challenge Trail, but also in Calif. Adventure.

The only thing I can think of in DL is the Splash Mountain ride...

We walked through a little park area where King Tritan sprayed water across the path. I used my hand to catch some water going overhead and wiped it /sprayed it on the little ones. Not much, but something.

Last year I bought (outrageously priced of course) the 50th spray bottle and that helped alot. This year I bought THREE similar spray fan water bottles at walmart and we'll take those with us :)

pffft, you guys call yourself true Disney fans... :P

Bugs Land. FULL and FULL of water :)

There's a little park in Toontown, next to Donald's boat, and it has a giant, leaky hose. There's also stuff to climb (and maybe a slide, I forget), and it's nice and shady. :)
